Kursus Pengurusan Prestasi dan KPI @ INTAN

The course was organized by the INTAN Bt Kiara.  The objective of attending the course is to enhance and acquire new knowledge with regard to Organizational Strategic Performance Management and KPI (Key Performance Indicator). Even i am a fully certified as Professional Balanced Scorecard Practitioner, i take this opportunity attending the course, in case there are new techniques or findings in KPI presented by the facilitator; that im lacking of.

The course participants were from various government agencies and kementerian. With total 38 participants with majority of them at grade 41-54.  My high expectation is to capture other's experiences and knowledge in strategic performance and KPI management.
